"Random
Odds" are shown for the number of entries in the race. (Random
odds are the percentage of likelihood that any one horse would win
with no other factors considered.)
Based on
the relative Carroll Speed Figures, the horses are divided into
Contendersthose with better than random oddshighlighted
in bold type belowand Non-Contenders, those with less
than a random chance of winning. (For a full explanation, see Charles
Carroll's articles on the iCapper.com site.)
The analysis
results can be printed for use at the track or race book, and saved
for future study.
The projected
odds for the contenders are now ready to be used in "value
betting" decisions at the track, race book, or on-line.
