1.  On-line - When you click on the "Add To Cart" icon, you will be taken to a secure PayPal page to complete your order. PayPal has proven to be an excellent, safe, and reliable process. Important: For used books and other one-of-a-kind items, e-mail us first to reserve the item. Then, after we confirm that the item is available, go to the "Add To Cart" button for the item and proceed with your order.

For some items, you need to specify the title in the "Special Instructions" box at the end of the PayPal checkout process.

2. By Mail - Print our Mail Order Form (Click Here To Open) and mail it with your check or money order. If you send your own form or note, please be very clear about your order and your shipping address. Please include your phone number and e-mail address, if you have one, so that any questions can be cleared up immediately.

Orders are shipped promptly, usually the same or next day. A few specially marked horse race handicapping titles are shipped directly from other publishers; please allow a few extra days shipping time for domestic orders of these items. Foreign orders will be assembled here before shipment, so allow extra time. See special notes on foreign orders below. Any back orders will be notified by e-mail with the projected delivery time.

US Shipping & Handling Costs: $5.00 for most items

• New books, software, and videos are shipped by Priority Mail.
• Used books are shipped by "Media Mail" (formerly known as "Book Rate").

• Foreign shipping costs: In general, shipping costs consist of the actual cost of foreign postage plus $5.00 for the first item, $1.50 for each additional item.  Due to the customs process and cost of shipping, guarantees on foreign orders are limited to returns only if the item is defective. Damage during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
• You can find an approximation of postal rates from the US by using the US Post Office International Calculator at this address: http://ircalc.usps.gov/
• Global Priority Mail works well with small books, video tapes, and similar small, light items which can fit in a flat, 9" x 12" Global Priority envelope. The packages receive quick delivery in 4-days to a week, at a flat-rate price which is reasonable to most parts of the world ($9.00 US plus the $5.00 per order handling charge = $14.00 total).

  After you have contacted us by e-mail and confirmed that your order will fit in the flat rate envelope, you can return to this page and use the "Add To Cart" button below to add the flat rate of $9.00 postage to complete your order.

Books may be returned within 15 days in new condition for a full refund less shipping. Speed Handicapper™ software maybe returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping.  Video and audio tapes produced by other publishers may be returned for exact exchange only.
