The 2011 Track Constants are ready.
This year over
3,800 data points were updated and reviewed, including all synthetic
tracks in operation during 2010.
The Track Constants
come as a self-extracting zip file, that you simply unzip and copy
to your program folder.

Track Constants $39.95
After the payment process you will receive an email at your
same email address used for PayPal - if you use multiple email
addresses be sure to check that email and your junk email file if
the email does not arrive within a few minutes. If you still can't
locate the email after about 20 minutes, please contact
us.
Step-by-Step
Instructions:
1. After
you receive the link choose SAVE (not Run) and save the file "2011TC.exe"
to your desktop.
It will look like this (mountains optional):

2. Right-Click
on the icon and select "Run As Administrator" and it will
open the self-extractor window.
Click the "Browse..." button.

3. Browse
to "Program Files" or on 64bit systems go to "Program
Files (x86)"

4. Highlight
the "Speed Handicapper v5.0" folder and click "OK"

5. That should
complete the process. If you want to check and be sure:
Close the program and using "My Computer" or Windows Explorer:
Navigate to the "C:\Program Files (x86)" [or just "Program
Files on Win XP]
Open the Speed Handicapper v5.0 folder
Check the date of the "Normal.csv" file, it should be
2011.
